Diagrams

I don't know how to use the "add image" thing on here, but I tried...Anyway, here is my attempt at diagramming some of the concepts at the beginning of AO. Pardon the limits of text-only formatting. Slashes are standing in for arrows. En-dashes indicate connections, while equal signs show that something leads to something else.

If I am gathering things correctly the desiring machine is the internal critique of Oedipus (in the sense that we are dealing with an ID and the mechanizations of a personal desire) and that the BwO is akin to the external critique of Oedipus through its focus on socius? I am referencing here (pg 10?) where D&G talk about the parallel between desiring machine and socius.
Good thought! To extend it, we can add that the BwO is the blank page on which the repressed desiring machine records, leading to Oedipus. (I think.)
I read the socius discussion more as D&G making a connection between Marx and Oedipus. Who knows, could be both! (Hell, probably is both, knowing them...)
